Mechanically, it benefits from a Mexican fuel-injected engine paired with a new Rancho gearbox, a combination chosen for reliability, smooth power delivery, and long-distance usability. A new servo and drop spindles improve braking and stance, while electronic gauges give you accurate, modern readouts without disturbing the classic feel. In the last eight years, the bus has covered 119 miles — a testament to its collector-owned, cosseted life.
