Resto Haus has the delight of selling the lovely Pearl. A 1972 T2 Early Bay Crossover Dormobile in right hand drive. A current owner bought, Pearl from Resto Haus a few years ago, so we know the bus very well. She was previously  completely and beautifully restored to her former glory, owning her for 10 years and garage stored it for the duration of ownership.

During the restoration the body was stripped, repaired and finished with a complete respray in the original "Neptune Blue", with "Pastel White", bumpers, roof & wheels and the roof bellows were also replaced with brand new. It also had a new 4 speed manual gearbox.

The original interior was past its best, so wanting to create a classic Volkswagen camper with a period looking interior, but with the added bonus of modern appliances, they added a full "VanWurks" living interior. Including 3/4 width rock'n'roll bed with 2 x 3 point seat belts, smev double gas hob, smev sink with tap and running water pump, a 3 way fridge, electrics pack with 2 x 3 pin plug sockets & a 12v socket, plus mains hook up. A Leisure battery was installed with split charge relay and buddy seat with additional clip on buddy seat stored inside, to allow 4 people to sit around the removable table.

There is plenty of storage in numerous cupboards, 2 overhead spot lights & a strip light under the rock'n'roll bed.

Pearl has been used for lots of holidays both here and abroad. It also blessed many weddings in her life & even attracted the eye of a magazine where it earnt a full 6 page feature!

Pearl’s current owner has fulfilled their time as owner and has now requested us to find a new owner to show it a further loved life.
