Meet Delilah, a stunning ‘71 Volkswagen Beetle with a wonderful story to tell. Over the past five years, Delilah has enjoyed life in sunny South Wales, where she has been lovingly owned, driven, and meticulously maintained. Prior to this, she was a local car to us, owned by a mechanic we know well from a respected Volkswagen specialist. This Beetle was a familiar sight at shows in North Devon and continued to be proudly displayed throughout her time in Wales.

It’s clear that Delilah has always been in the right hands. She has been genuinely cared for by knowledgeable enthusiasts who understood how these cars should be maintained, and it truly shows in her condition and presentation.

Finished in L90D Pastel White, Delilah presents very well for her age. She sits perfectly on EMPI 8-spoke wheels, complemented by excellent chrome work and a selection of tasteful, eye-catching extras that enhance her classic charm. Having a 1600 engine just gives it that extra boost in confidence when on the road and there is no shortage of smiles. 

In recent years, she has benefitted from a number of important maintenance items, including a new battery, clutch, handbrake cables, two wheel cylinders, brake pipes, two new front tires. Yearly full servicing and starts and runs amazingly. This Beetle has never been neglected and has clearly been well looked after throughout her life. She has been garage stored, never out in the rain and only washed using waterless products. The underneath has been lanoguarded to help protect it.
