An original UK-supplied, right-hand-drive 1961 VW Beetle finished in classic Volkswagen Ruby Red with an original factory ragtop roof. Not an import, not a recreation—this one’s the real deal.
 

The engine is a standard VW 1200, and runs lovely. It still has its original Blaupunkt stereo and features period-correct gravel guards on the wheel arches. The bodywork is solid throughout, and while the paint shows a few imperfections and a slightly peely finish in areas, it’s precisely that kind of lived-in charm that makes this car so appealing. It’s all character, no cover-up.
