We are really pleased to have been asked to market this amazing fully converted doughnut vending vehicle. It has come all the way from Berlin and was built for ‘Doughnut Time Germany’.
It is finished in pastel white and pistachio. Creating an eye-catching vending vehicle in a sea of ordinary white box trailers. So without doubt it would make a very good investment to attract people to your stand.
It is built on a 1970’s late bay high top panel van. The body conversion has been carried out expertly by ‘Sofia Monaco Werk’. The standard of their work is head and shoulders above the majority and is one of the last produced by Sofia Monaco Werk. As you can see the side opens on hydraulic rams and the illuminated sign above securely mounts on top.
In the cab you’ll find 3 seats finished again in pistachio fabric and a very smart and nice place to travel to your bookings and events.
Internally it is accessed by the sliding door and you'll find there is lots of space. There is a double bottle fridge to be able to serve cold and refreshing drinks. You also have water facilities to be able to wash your hands and your serving tools. It was used by a bakery who had 10 bakery shops. They would bake the doughnuts in house and deliver them on site at festivals/weddings/events/shopping centres the list goes on! For private hire it was extremely lucrative and unique.
You could add a doughnut mixing and frying machine so you can produce doughnut rings on site to gain yourself some extra income!
The rear hatch has some space for storage or alternatively we see space for a coffee machine to be able to serve coffee and doughnuts! The perfect combo!
We believe it is one of the most eye-catching vehicles we have had and from a catering point of view this is exactly what you want.
It has got an electric hook-up so you could run it directly off of a power point on site if available otherwise you could use a compressor. You could run elements of it from a leisure battery. Plenty of choices for power. Everything is clad in hygiene cladding so it makes for a very professional catering vehicle but also would meet health and safety 5 star ratings.
It's not just a van, it is a full business you could start with so many opportunities at different venues that you could launch. At £60,000.00 It has been restored, mechanically it is perfect and the underside has been fully restored and undersealed also.
